What We Build

Start from what the operation actually records

Everything we build starts from the same question: what is actually happening in this operation, and can we represent it precisely enough to act on? It is a question we ask as operators as much as engineers.

Our Product

Retail Labs Studio: AI-powered fashion imagery

Retail Labs Studio is our public platform. Upload one product photo, choose a model and a scene, and generate e-commerce and campaign visuals in minutes. Used by fashion brands and marketplace sellers.

What runs in a live operation

Deployed in fulfilment and marketplace operations; active modelling pilot in a live workflow.

Deployed system - live operation

Fulfilment Evidence

A customer says an item was missing. The packing table has footage of the slot, at the time.

Enterprise Twin

Facts live in spreadsheets and habit. The twin records them as events the operation can read.

Research

Modelling firms, and the networks between them

Our research line asks whether a firm's operations can be represented as a calibrated model: whether the same approach extends to networks of firms, where supplier shocks become credit outcomes. We are developing international research partnerships and consortium opportunities around this work.

Building something that needs both engineering and modelling?

We work with brands on production systems, and with research and industry partners on collaborative projects.
