The challenge
Westmark London needed full e-commerce coverage for a 200+ SKU drop with marketplace-specific aspect ratios (own site, Trendyol, Boyner) and a hard 8-week deadline before campaign launch.
The approach
Working with Retail Labs, the team shot one clean product photo per SKU, then generated mannequin-led visuals across three model archetypes and two scene presets. Marketplace-formatted exports were auto-generated alongside the master image.
The outcome
Across one week:
- 750 e-commerce ready images delivered (vs. ~120 in the same window via traditional production)
- 8–10 weeks → 7 days total turnaround
- ~90% cost reduction vs. traditional studio + model + retouching
- Pre-cropped marketplace formats for Trendyol, Boyner, and the brand’s own storefront
What’s next
Westmark are now using Retail Labs as their default content pipeline and are exploring custom AI models tied to their seasonal mood-boards.
